Account Access
Sign up, sign in, and password reset for practitioners.
Create Your Account
Sign-up captures two sets of details:
- Practitioner details (name, practice details, optional HPCSA)
- Login credentials (email and password)
After signup: you are signed in and taken directly into the app.
Sign In
- Sign in with email and password
- Incorrect credentials show a retry message
- If redirected to sign in from another page, you return there after authentication
Forgot Password
Request reset
Enter your email to receive reset instructions.
Set new password
Open the link, set your new password, and sign in again.
