Consultation Types and Fees
In settings, define consultation types and prices for your practice.
- Add and edit consultation types
- Set prices in rands
- Keep inactive types for historical records
Bill From Consultation
- Open consultation in progress
- Add ICD-10 diagnosis code(s)
- Select consultation type
- Generate invoice and mark consultation billed
Required: at least one ICD-10 diagnosis code must be captured before billing.
Invoice Lifecycle
Statuses
- Draft
- Sent
- Paid
- Overdue
- Written Off
Draft-only edits
- Change consultation type
- Add/remove extra line items
- Edit issue date, due date, and notes
