What You See in a Consultation
Patient context
- Patient summary (age, sex, phone, medical aid)
- Active medical history
- Women's health summary (when relevant)
- Recent vitals history
Current consultation
- Symptoms and reason for visit
- Medication tried and additional info
- Current vitals
- Diagnosis, treatment plan, and private notes
Status Flow
Pending — newly submitted from intake.
In Progress — active clinical work.
Billed / Free — completed consultation states.
Out of Scope — closed as outside scope, optionally with referral.
ICD-10 and Documents
ICD-10 coding
- Search and add diagnosis codes inline
- Drag to reorder codes (first is primary)

Consultation documents
- Sick note

- Download, regenerate, or email after generation
Billing prerequisite: at least one ICD-10 code is required before marking a consultation as billed.
Day-to-Day Example
- Open pending consultation
- Review intake details and history
- Capture vitals, diagnosis, and treatment plan
- Add ICD-10 code(s)
- Generate required document(s)
- Close as billed, free, or out of scope
